Job Title: Agent Supervisor
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Remuneration: ₦300,000 Net Salary (Monthly)
1. Job Summary
The Agent Supervisor is a field-based leadership role responsible for expanding and managing the bank’s agency banking network (FCMB Easy Agent). You will oversee a team of agents, ensuring they are active, compliant with banking regulations, and meeting transaction targets to drive financial inclusion across Lagos.
2. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, vet, and onboard new shop agents in high-traffic locations across Lagos.
Performance Monitoring: Track daily transaction volumes (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments) and implement strategies to boost agent productivity.
Training & Support: Conduct regular training for agents on new products, digital tools, and customer service standards.
Branding & Visibility: Ensure all agent outlets are properly branded with FCMB materials and are easily identifiable to the public.
Compliance & Risk: Monitor agent activities to ensure adherence to CBN regulations and bank policies to prevent fraud or operational errors.
Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on field activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
3. Key Requirements
Residency: Must be a resident of Lagos State with a strong knowledge of local geographies.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: * Proven experience in team supervision, sales, or field operations.
Prior experience in Fintech or Agency Banking is highly preferred.
Skills: * Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in data reporting and basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel).
High energy and the ability to work independently in the field.
4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of new active agents onboarded monthly.
Growth in transaction volume and value within the assigned territory.
Percentage of outlets fully branded and compliant.
Agent retention rate.
