If you’ve talked to me recently you’ve probably heard me talk about my upcoming trip to Dominica. You can see and hear the excitement that I’m feeling. You’ve probably heard me talk about the summer of 2020 and how it was the best time of my adult life. I’ve also talked about how I can’t wait for the winter to be over because im tired of being in the house… These discussions are all past or future events. The present is just passing me by as I anxiously await for time to pass.
I realize that I have to try harder to live in the moment and enjoy it.
It hasn’t been easy but I’m aware of my feelings and thoughts and I am taking actions to have a little more enthusiasm for the present.
You know what they say… The present is a gift…

Things I am doing to assist myself..

✨Intuitive reading with Cindnee .atl that was very motivational and confirming, reminding me to not sit in it.. to push through and know that a new chapter is coming. Thank you for the love and your ability to tap into my energy to speak to my heart accordingly. I highly recommend Cidnee. She’s spoken to me when I was at my peak and at my low and was spot on both times. 🤍

✨Listening to Go(o)d morning with Curly Nikki podcast. I love this podcast and I normally listen to it as soon as my alarm clock goes off! Your words are very uplifting and I appreciate the daily reminder that “only love is here”🤍

Good day OG’S✨ I’ve decided to share some of my journal entries. Not the wild or embarrassing ones though… this is still social media👀. Honestly I just want to share some of my thoughts, questions, & revelations.
