You always hear your lash artist say “You need to get a fill every 2 weeks…”

☝🏾Let’s talk about why that is though!

I used to say that my clients needed 50% of their previous set in order their appt to be considered a fill… Well, that number is more of a guideline + not one size fits all.

I like to explain this way now… —> It’s not how many lashes you come to your appointment with that determines a full set of a fill - it’s how many lashes I have to apply.

*Just because they “look full” doesn’t mean you don’t need to come in for your fill at 2 weeks.*

During a fill lashes that are

+ outgrown more than 1-1.5mm from the skin
+ have lost their fluff
+ are no longer going in the right direction

have to be removed to maintain the overall health of your lashes and your set. [you don’t want a lash that’s grown out too far mixed in with freshly placed lashes… it’ll look totally out of place.]

Every one of my clients are on their own fill schedule based on their unique lash cycle.

Once you + I come up with your full schedule, book out a few appts so you make sure your fill doesn’t become a full set! 😉

If you’ve never had a full set with me, allow me to walk you through! Before the lashing starts, we’ll talk about the kind of lashes you’ve been dreaming of. I’ll study your face + eye shape, then decide which curl + lengths will compliment them.

[This does take a few mins but this step is crucial.]

After this, I’ll start creating some magic on your lashes! Once I’m finished + you’ve woken up from your nap 💤, we have the big reveal! I’ll give you your aftercare kit + you’re headed out knowing you’re THAT girl! 👏🏾👏🏾
