Children with conditions such as cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, tracheostomies, feeding tubes, genetic syndromes, and chronic lung conditions may be eligible. If you’re unsure, we encourage you to reach out—many families qualify and don’t realize it.

In some cases, parents may even be eligible for compensation to care for their child at home.

We also work with Peach State Health Plan and CareSource.
While these plans are separate from GAPP, we provide the same compassionate, high-quality services to children covered by these Medicaid managed care plans.
