This course will go over all the important changes to the GAR 2023 contracts that you need to know about prior to having your clients sign them. This year there are some very important changes that you need to know about! Agents will be able to interpret the importance of proper use of forms based upon GAR's Licensing requirements.

This class consists of the following:
-A review of the 2023 changes to the existing GAR contract

-A review of the 2023 contract forms additions

-A discussion of the various forms available for agents to use in various contractual situations

-A discussion of the general rules / guidelines / practices / requirements for proper completion of contracts and Agreements on behalf of Buyers and Sellers.

-A discussion of the handling of Earnest Money and the disbursement of earnest money upon termination of a contract
