Throwing it back to a closing I had back in July but never posted because my seller didn’t have to be out until a little over a month ago. What makes this closing the most special, and bittersweet one of my career thus far, is because it was my family home. The amount of memories this house made for my family and so may others over the years is endless. The holiday family gatherings, all the friends that constantly were coming over, the swim meets in middle and high school, all of us neighborhood kids all outside playing until the street lights came on, all the parties ( the ones my mom knew and didn’t know about 😂), and just the time spent with my mom and brother are the times I will truly cherish. This was the house that built me and even a month later it still doesn’t feel real that it’s gone. Life has been going so fast these days I hadn’t had the time to put together the right words to describe how much I will miss this house and the great memories that were made there. My mom is off on her next adventure getting settled in Charleston. I know she’s going to love it there and can start the next chapter making so many great new memories in such a beautiful city! I love you Mom

Last week I helped my clients close on this gorgeous condo in the highly desirable enclave at briarcliff subdivision. A good Referral is one of the best compliments an agent can receive. Cicely, Mark, and Summer came to me as an out of state Referral. They had already been through other agents to try to help them land a home but were frustrated from the lack of success of their offers being accepted.
