I’ve been asked over a dozen times if it’s a good time to buy a home. So I figured I’ll share my opinion and thoughts on this.

My question to you is, are you ready to buy. What I mean by that is, have you reached out to a lender and received a pre approval. Have you did your research on fees and the cost that comes with buying a home (down payment, closing cost etc.) and do you have those funds available.

Sidenote: I have programs to fit almost most financial situations.

If yes then it’s a good time to buy. Please don’t let the interest rate affect your decision to be a homeowner. Waiting for a lower rate could cost you thousands in the long run because as rates begin to come down the price of the house will go up. The good thing about interest rates is that it can be changed through the refinance process but not the price of the house. So if you are ready, I am here to educate, guide and get you to the closing table.
