June stats have been in and excited to share! :: A little behind on sharing, since we are in the first day of August. It will be interesting to see July stats when those come up soon.

We see that the continued decrease of available supply. With the increased interest rate and soft market it hasn’t hampered overall rising sales prices. Only markets that saw lower sales prices was in North Fulton and Sandy Springs.
