Yesterday, the Newton County authorities approached us, and stated that due to residential laws, we are not permitted to run our business on our property. We had such a huge turnout that our business has now become too big for the front yard!!! You guys are awesome! So, we have decided to relocate! Jack Frost Water Ice and Frozen Yogurt is TEMPORARILY CLOSED until then. We already have locations lined up so we can continue business and make sure the laws are abided by.

From the bottom of our hearts, we sincerely thank our community for coming out and supporting us. The backbone of Jack Frost is our community and we are so proud and humbled by the unbelievable outpouring of love and support. There would be no Jack Frost without the wonderful members of our community. It has truly been a pleasure getting to meet all of you we look forward to growing and continuing to serve you our delicious cool treats. We thank the people who have generously donated, who have traveled from different states to come, and to every person who just showed up and purchased from us. We could not thank you enough, and stay tuned for information on our new location! Until then..STAYYY CHILLY!
