🎇 What’s the most exciting part of your current job role?
The most exciting part of my role as a Client Relationship Manager is being able to speak with our amazing clients and publishers every day! It is empowering to achieve goals and hit targets that mutually benefit each involved party. I love being in a people-centric role while still being able to manage accounts and find out where we can better optimize through data! Also, not to mention I lucked out with the most supportive and hard-working team!!

🖥 How do you usually start the day?
Each morning, I love to kick start my day by doing something to get my brain and body moving! Whether that's a workout class, walk, practicing Spanish or completing the Wordle of the day! I also love reading Morning Brew, an easily-digestible newsletter outlining important things going on around the world. I love having a routine before heading into the office. It helps me show up for myself and my team throughout the rest of the day!

🗺 Have you ever lived outside of the US?
Yes! Upon completing my education at Cal Poly, I relocated to the vibrant city of Barcelona, Spain for an immersive year and a half. This period was dedicated to the pursuit of my Master's in Human Resources and Talent Development. I had studied abroad there during my time in undergrad and fell in love with the city. I decided to return, sticking around a bit longer than planned to gather work experience in the translation industry while making some lifelong friends along the way. Now I am located in Chicago, which has that same fast-paced, energetic vibe I enjoy, plus some surprisingly great spots for tapas! ¡Salud!

✅ What’s something you find challenging about your work?
One of the things I love about my job, and this industry, is that things are constantly changing. You really have to be on your toes and ready to pivot at a moments notice. I have to make sure I'm paying attention to every detail and noticing trends or how to better a campaign quickly. It can definitely be a challenging, but it's so rewarding when I am able to make a quick change to optimize performance.

💻 What is your favorite part about a flexible workplace?
My partner and I recently moved from Santa Barbara, CA to Santa Fe, NM and knowing we could make such a big life change while keeping my job was wonderful! This team in particular was so supportive and excited for me. I think it is so important to acknowledge that people are more than their work, and have other important things going on. This team is phenomenal in caring about each other as a whole person, and celebrating wins both professionally and personal!

🐕 Do you have any pets?
Yes! My partner and I have a dog named T**a! She is almost 8, and when asked what kind of dog she is, we like to say "the 80 lbs kind". We are definitely the obsessed dog parents, she is our whole world. One of the factors in moving to Santa Fe was that we could afford a place with a yard for her. She loves going on adventures, whether that be finding a park to play fetch or going on a hike and finding her some water to play in!
