We strongly encourage our clients to engage with a contractor early in the design process. Doing so will provide feedback regarding the timeline and budget. A contractor who provides pre-construction services during the design process may or may not be the contractor to build the project. This relationship is between the client and the contractor, with Lobos Design offering coordination assistance.

Design renderings help a designer and their client to understand how the project will look upon completion. Through these illustrations, the designer creates 3-D images and/or animations which show the elements of a proposed design.
