As a certified executive coach, Tom leverages his valuable experiences, knowledge, and training, including life lessons to help people define and execute their vision. He is amazing at giving! I have watched Tom pivot with the changes before us so he remains current with the issues and ever-changing technology that business owners face.

I recently attended a meeting where he presented to a group of business owners about how entrepreneurs and corporate executives can overcome their FEARS to achieve their goals!

Here is some of what Tom shared!

📌Did you know that people are only born with two fears?
-The fear of falling -The fear of loud sounds

📌📌ALL THE REST ARE LEARNED.📌📌

Initially, our surroundings – parents, siblings, friends, etc. influence what we are fearful of… but as we get older OUR EXPERIENCE shapes our fears.

Fear is both complex and complicated.

📌 FEAR IS COMPLEX in that while talking about them can bring freedom, few people (especially business owners) are willing to DISCUSS THEIR FEARS.

📌 FEAR IS COMPLICATED in the many ways fear subtly disguises itself.
-Overly Cautious, Procrastination, Controlling, Perfectionism, People
Pleasing, Self-Doubt, Pessimism, Indecisiveness, and more.

📌But there is HOPE, since fear shows up as these learned behaviors, they can also be unlearned, which means people can
actually OVERCOME their fears.

When Tom speaks I listen. This information was so helpful, and I am happy that Tom is allowing me to pass on access to the resources from the presentation.
