Is somebody cutting onions in here...πŸ˜πŸ‘

"I'm in the gym.. I see the shots, like literally and figuratively."

One of the most emotional moments from Finding Peace in Chronic Illness came when Kenneth shared what it’s been like supporting Portia through her diabetes journey. He explains the joys of watching her go from being hyper-independent to allowing herself to be vulnerable, supported, and fully seen by him and others.

It was a reminder of how important it is to have people in our lives who make us feel safe enough to ask for help and not carry everything alone. πŸ’š
