This weekend I needed some relief and served up some heavy self-care remedies. I’m talking visits from friends, dinner date with one of my besties, progressive transformative convos with some clients, gifts from the Lord, space to grieve and release, and some incredible Apple Caramel Cheesecake!!! Then today topped it off with a fun and sweat worthy workout 🏋🏾♀️! My barber even was able to fit me in because a sister was looking rough lol!
Anyways, my heart is full, God is good!
In every season there’s a reason to grateful! ❤️
