Then it was allegedly his wife, Jessica Kinzer, a nurse, who was driving the car.
Maybe he finally snapped because he couldn’t pass the psychological test to be a police officer so he decided to go become one anyway for the night and shoot an unarmed black man.
That black man turned out to be a Marine veteran 🙄🤦🏽‍♂️
