🧪 Let’s Talk About It… 👀

Your body has its own chemistry… and yes, that includes vaginal health.

Your vaginal pH is naturally acidic (3.8–4.5) — and that’s a GOOD thing.

That acidity helps:
✔️ Support healthy bacteria
✔️ Protect against infection
✔️ Keep everything in balance

✨ So let’s be clear… “clean” does NOT mean odorless.

👃 Vaginal odor comes from chemical byproducts, not just pH itself.

Different scents = different chemistry:
✔️ Mild/tangy → normal acids (carboxylic acids) = healthy environment
⚠️ Fishy → amines (like trimethylamine) = bacterial imbalance (BV)
🍞 Ye**ty → alcohols & esters from yeast metabolism
⚠️ Strong/unusual → sulfur compounds or mixed byproducts = microbial shift

🚨 It should NEVER smell fishy
That’s your body signaling that something is off and needs attention.

💦 Total body odor follows the SAME chemistry:
👉 Sweat itself is odorless

Odor forms when bacteria break it down into:
🧅 Fatty acids (carboxylic acids) → body odor
🧄 Sulfur compounds (thiols) → strong odors
🍎 Ketones → fruity smell (metabolic origin)

💡 Khemiq Quick Note:
pH sets the environment…
but functional groups = the smell.

🔬 The real connection:
pH → shapes microbes
Microbes → produce molecules
Molecules (functional groups) → create smell

✨ Translation: your body is always communicating through chemistry.

A little scent is normal.
Sudden changes = your chemistry talking.
