What’s for lunch this Wednesday??

Red wine braised beef has been pretty good for lunch this week. The cabbage and rice being unexpectedly good next to it! It’s available this week to order for delivery 6.28!

For fish, beef, and chicken meals an oven reheat is the best way! The quicker way, more conventional is the microwave instructions on the label.

Aim for 350° in the oven for 10-12 minutes or fully reheated. If you can afford it calorically add a pat of butter to the fish. Plate up and enjoy something not so much resembling meal prep.
