Latest property on Hood Ave is almost done!! My client added an addition to the rear and will be putting a deck in the back as well. The addition should bring it up to around 1200 sqft from the original 650 sqft. We're looking at end of March for the completion. And we have another one closed and added to our investor's portfolio. Between dealing with the title not coming in on time and a seller who's out of state this was a process but we got it done!! Can't wait to see what our investor does with this 3/2 1,500 sqft gem. Now we're on to the next!!
