It was room #227 and for all you Paul McCartney fans this is the room where he and Linda stayed back in the mid Seventies for 3 months while the were recording for their band “Wings” at Sea-Saint recording studios.

James Beckett lives alone with his German Shepards in a small, rustic cabin in rural Ontario Canada. Inside a crackling wood-burning stove providing heat and a comforting glow. The walls are adorned with simple, functional furnishings, old photos of family, wooden furniture and shelves lined with books, tools, and supplies.

Though isolated, he is content with his simple, quiet life. He values the independence and freedom it provides, away from the hustle and bustle of modern society.

I remember like it was yesterday photographing Rico in his studio at the dungeon. Really funny story that goes with this. What a special and magical man.

Taking a walk downtown Atlanta in the Fairly Poplar District I heard some beautiful music. Following the sound I came across a group of Hare Krishna people. Intrigued by their energy i got into a conversation with Navin . He invited me to their festival at the Hare Krishna Temple that Sunday. I asked if they would mind if I brought my camera and he said “please bring it “ What a wonderful afternoon with some of the kindest people I have ever met... And the food!!! .
