Friday night’s floating Soundbath brought so much ZEN Peachtree City.

Our next wellness gathering will be a 4-mile hike to Henry’s Mill at Cochran’s Mill Park in Palmetto We’ll practice forest bathing, mindfulness, grounding techniques, and finish with a group picnic by the waterfalls.
