Why coconut wax? 🥥🌴

✨Although no current wax is 100% sustainable unless its source is harvested at a small scale and made domestically, we've found coconut wax to be the better choice when compared to other waxes.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨It burns cleaner with very little soot and burns slower than most waxes when properly wicked.

✨Without paraffin (petroleum wax) and additives, getting a good scent throw can be tough to achieve with natural waxes, and coconut wax is known to have a better scent throw than its natural buddy soy wax.

What is coconut wax? 🥥🌴
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨Coconut wax is hydrogenated coconut oil. With a suppeerrr low melt point (it's not yet possible to use 100% coconut wax in a candle), the coconut wax used in candles on the market is blended with high melt point natural waxes or paraffin wax. The coconut wax we use contains small amounts of other natural waxes and no 🙅🏾‍♀️ paraffin.
