The last couple months in a nutshell: beaches, breathtaking views, love galore, and a ton of paint lol

There’s a guy I’ve taken advice from for a long time that owns a very large erosion control company. There was a lot of questions I had about how he scaled so fast and had such consistent work whenever he would open an office in another state. He was never concerned about having a consistent flow for the guys he planted there.

This is our first big erosion control site that we are the exclusive contractor on. As things ramp up, it should be around $30 - $40,000 a month in billable work for the length of the development which is probably another 2 or 3 years.

One estimate, one goal, little liability, simple work, and consistent billing. Almost seems too good to be true compared to some of stuff I got into in the last couple years. Will be looking for more like it!
