Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Toss in the cooked spaghetti and lemon juice. Mix well and garnish with parsley.

3 ripe avocados

1 medium tomato, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Optional: 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (for heat)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Avocados:
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
2. Mash the Avocados:
Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the avocados to your desired level of creaminess (smooth or chunky).
3. Add Lime and Seasoning:
Add the lime juice, salt, and black pepper (if using) to the mashed avocados. Mix well to combine.
4. Incorporate Vegetables:
