“We had a backup in our yard and called Environmental Septic for help. Miller came out to handle the pump out and did a fantastic job. Our tank had a very thick, hardened layer of solids from years of buildup, but Miller worked hard to break it down, get the tank clean, and diagnose the root of the problem. He showed me exactly where our original concrete baffle had eroded and explained clearly why retrofitting it with a modern PVC T-baffle was necessary to protect the system long-term.

For the main line repair, Derek joined him to help with the excavation and the crossover pipe replacement. Both Miller and Derek were professional, polite, and incredibly hardworking.

The pricing was very fair, exactly as quoted upfront, with absolutely no hidden fees or surprise charges at the end. It’s a relief to find a local company this honest and reliable. We will definitely be using them for our routine maintenance going forward!”
