Congratulations to me! ✨ I’m a CAPPER! Congrats to my sponsor and fellow agents on their success this month. Thanks for all of the support from EVERYONE — you know who you are! I’m especially grateful for my team, my husband, repeat clients and the amazing referrals from either people that I know, know of my work or past clients. This fiscal year of my business consisted of 99% repeat clients or new referrals with multiple transactions per client (buying and selling). And I still have a couple more transactions to close out this month at 100% commission (no broker splits).

I congratulate myself for this past year shows my strength, faith, intelligence, resilience, endurance and perseverance, despite my mental health struggles. And most importantly, my will to not just survive, but to keep fighting. I took a 3-month sabbatical early this year to focus on my health and rest and still exceeded my professional goals along with my personal, fitness, spiritual and health goals. Make sure to congratulate yourself too for your accomplishments.

I know that you’re doing something awesome to improve yourself even if it’s just a few baby steps everyday toward your goals. I know it’s super scary, but if I can do it, you will find your way too. Strive to concentrate wholly on whatever you are doing. In every moment, strive to be right here, right now. Focus on your purpose and not the money. The wealth will come when you are purposeful, happy and healthy. Wealth is Happiness!
