:Summer Camp 2025:: Feeding Minds, Bodies & Spirits

What a whirlwind of joy, learning, and growth we experienced at this year’s summer camp! With hearts full and spirits high, we’re proud to share the impact of our dynamic programming across all three of our incredible camper groups — the Dust Storms (elementary school), Sand Storms (middle school), and Tornadoes (high school).

Each day, we welcomed:
• 16 Dust Storms full of curiosity and wonder
• 14 Sand Storms bringing energy and enthusiasm
• 22 Tornadoes charging in with bold ideas and big dreams

Learning That Lasts a Lifetime
Our educational sessions covered the fundamentals: reading, mathematics, English, and science. But beyond the classroom basics, campers also dove into life and social skills—from personal presentation to critical thinking, spiritual development to home organization.

Every lesson was rooted in building confidence and preparing our youth for lifelong success.

Faith, Fitness, and Fun
Physical activity was a daily staple, with games like kickball, football, and good old-fashioned tag giving kids an outlet to move and laugh together. Spiritual development was equally prioritized, with quiet moments of prayer, meditation, and Bible lessons offering a space for reflection and connection.

Fueling the Future
A well-fed child is a ready learner, and every camper started their day with a hearty breakfast, followed by a nutritious lunch and snacks to keep their energy up. But we didn’t stop there—our care extended beyond the camp walls. Thanks to generous supporters, we provided over 265 dinners or grocery bundles to camper households, ensuring families could share in the abundance.

This summer, we did more than run a camp—we continued building community. A place where young minds were challenged, bodies were strengthened, and spirits were nurtured. Our campers leave with new skills, new friendships, and a deeper belief in their own potential. And that, above all, is what makes this summer unforgettable.

During the holidays your generosity helped us achieve amazing acts of kindness that brought hope, joy, and comfort to so many in our community, Because of you we were able to deliver;

400 Thanksgiving & Christmas baskets filled with food and toys were delivered to families in need.
Over the last 2 weeks we put together and delivered 150 warm meals shared with individuals under the stars.
