We started house hunting at the beginning of the year, FULL of hope!

Week after week, we toured homes, wrote strong offers (7 in total), and faced heartbreak after heartbreak, constantly losing out in multiple-offer battles (cash buyers, you’ve had your moment 😅).

All the while, Caroline and I were both pregnant — waddling through home tours and open houses, on a relentless hunt for the right home.

Fast forward 9 months, and here we are at the closing table with our newborn babies in our arms and full hearts 🥰

It wasn’t easy, but together we made it happen — and now Greg and Caroline have the perfect Milton home where they’ll raise their little ones and make new core life memories.
