📞 Easy Check-in: Simply text or call us when you are 15 minutes away, and our team will be ready to verify your identification and provide you with keys/fobs. Our streamlined process takes just 1 minute, ensuring a fast and efficient start to your rental.

----------- RETURN DETAILS -----------
📞 Hassle-Free Return: When you're 15 minutes from returning the vehicle, let us know through text or call. Our team will be waiting to accept the return. Kindly bring back the vehicle in the same clean condition you received it. For your convenience, we offer Post-trip cleaning as an Extra service.

🚗 Fuel Flexibility: Please ensure the fuel level matches what you received or choose the option to prepay for fuel in the Extras menu. We aim to make returning the vehicle as convenient as possible.

🔍 Thorough Inspection: Upon delivery, we encourage you to inspect the vehicle for any damages and take photos. We'll provide our own photos for comparison, giving you peace of mind. Transparency is our priority.

🔄 Flexible Modifications: Need to make changes to your trip? It's easy! Follow these steps:
1️⃣ Go to the “Trip Details Tab”
2️⃣ Click “Modify Trip”
3️⃣ Change time, date, or location
4️⃣ Wait for us to approve the change.
Rest assured, if the vehicle is available, we'll gladly approve your request.

----------- RULES & POLICIES -----------
🚭 No Smoking: To maintain a clean and fresh environment, smoking is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in up to a $250 fee.

🐾 No Pets: For the comfort of all customers, we have a no-pet policy. Violation may incur up to a $250 fee.

🌿 Clean and Respectful: Help us keep the vehicles in top condition by avoiding dirt, stains, and off-roading. A fee of up to $250 may apply for violations.

🔑 Key Responsibility: We trust you to take care of the keys. In the event of a lost key, a fee of up to $350 will be charged to cover replacement costs.

⏰ Timely Returns: Please ensure you return the vehicle on time. Late returns may incur a $25 fee for every 30 minutes past the return time.

⛽ Refuel Fee: If the fuel level is not the same as when you received the vehicle, a fee of $5 per gallon will apply. We appreciate your cooperation.
