13 years ago today we opened ! A restaurant committed to breaking down the walls of fine dining (literally) and constantly evolving alongside the talented people who chose to be a part of the team. We have had so many incredible team members over the years, and just as many wonderful guests who have chosen to share an evening with us. I feel confident in saying that Gunshow 2026 is far better than it was when it opened back in 2013 and that is 100% attributable to the people working there who carry the torch and continue to believe in what makes this tiny little restaurant special! I cannot possibly thank you all enough. Happy Birthday!!
