It’s Wing Wednesday, so we had to PULL UP ATL” and help celebrate 🎉🍗👑
On June 13, 2026, this Atlanta staple quietly hit 10 YEARS STRONG — and they’d been on our list to congratulate ever since. Ten years of showing up, grinding through the slow months, and staying in the kitchen when it would’ve been easier to quit. If you’ve ever been in survival mode building something of your own, you already know what that number really means.
Here’s why this one made our Business of the Week 👇
✅ 10 YEARS in business — real Atlanta history, real Atlanta grind
✅ Wings of ALL flavors, hand-tossed and tested (we did our job 😋)
✅ A full entrepreneur collab — small business owners set up right alongside him
✅ Purchase from a vendor = a FREE Wing Wednesday special, on him
✅ 10 years of giving back to the community that showed up for him first
This is why Wing Wednesday is one of our favorites. A decade in this industry will test you. He made it through and turned right around to feed the people who helped him get there. That’s survival. That’s the sauce. That’s Atlanta.
📍 Pot O’ Wings — 876 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd SW, Atlanta, GA 30310
🕖 Wednesday–Sunday, 7PM–3AM
ATL IN 60 Seconds is committed to shouting out the small businesses that make this city what it is — real people, real grind, real Atlanta. If you know a Business Anniversary we need to pull up on next, tell us. 📣
Who’s Got The SAUCE? … PULL UP ATL 🔥
Atlanta Eats Different. GOD DID IT. 🙏
🚨 WHO’S GOT THE SAUCE?! 🚨Chef ✨THYRON MATHEWS
🚘We pulled up and linked with a CHAMPION 👑🍖
Meet Chef Thyron Mathews — award-winning American pitmaster, celebrity chef, and the reigning champion of Netflix’s Barbecue Showdown 🏆, plus a standout contestant on Food Network’s Barbecue Brawl. Built from the ground up out of Oelwein, Iowa where he runs the wildly popular Thyron Mathews BBQ 🔥, this man brought that championship smoke straight to Atlanta. Stay Tuned he travels internationally, he will be popping up in Atlanta in August….. Stay tuned.‼️
Our foodie squad showed up to his pop-up at Scofflaw Brewing Co and MAN. The ribs? Amazing. Fall-off-the-bone, smoke-ring-perfect, championship-level ribs 🍖💨. If you’re holiday planning and looking for something different than the same ol’ spread — THIS is it.
✅ Catering an event
✅ Booking for a wedding
✅ Hosting a holiday gathering
✅ Just need good BBQ, period
Chef Thyron is here to serve you. Tag someone who needs to try this. Reach out and book him before the holiday rush 📲
📍 We caught this pop-up at Scofflaw Brewing Co, 1738 MacArthur Blvd NW, Atlanta — open now, incredible beer lineup and an even better event scene. One guest summed it up: “the beer selections are amazing and they have great events.” Perfect pairing for championship ribs 🍺🍖
Come back and watch this one twice — you’ll smell the smoke through the screen 🔥📲
