Built from the ground up out of Oelwein, Iowa where he runs the wildly popular Thyron Mathews BBQ 🔥, this man brought that championship smoke straight to Atlanta. Stay Tuned he travels internationally, he will be popping up in Atlanta in August….. Stay tuned.‼️

📍 We caught this pop-up at Scofflaw Brewing Co, 1738 MacArthur Blvd NW, Atlanta — open now, incredible beer lineup and an even better event scene. One guest summed it up: “the beer selections are amazing and they have great events.” Perfect pairing for championship ribs 🍺🍖
