Mountain View Group is seeking a senior-level, full-time Creative Director / Design Director in our Atlanta office to help lead and elevate the creative vision of our agency.

We’re looking for a strategic, multidisciplinary creative leader who can move seamlessly between big-picture thinking and hands-on craft—someone equally comfortable shaping ideas, mentoring teams, and engaging directly with clients.

MVG is an independent strategic and creative communications agency specializing in corporate communications, B2B marketing and brand storytelling across Aerospace & Defense, Healthcare, Energy, and Pharmaceutical.

We are looking for someone to…
· Lead and elevate the creative quality of agency work across platforms and media
· Develop compelling concepts grounded in strategy and audience insight
· Mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team and partner closely with strategists, writers, producers, and account leads
· Help shape agency growth through innovation, collaboration, and thought leadership
