We’re excited to grow our presence in Virginia with the acquisition of Wellness Concepts Pharmacy, an LTC pharmacy serving the Shenandoah Valley since 1999. The pharmacy will continue to be led by President Brent Atwell and its experienced local team, now backed by Guardian’s national resources, technology, and corporate support.

With locations now in Northern, Southwest, and Central Virginia, Guardian is strengthening its ability to support the growing demand for high-touch LTC pharmacy services across the state.

Congratulations to Guardian Pharmacy Services cofounder and executive vice president of sales and operations Kendall Forbes on his retirement. Kendall has been an integral part of Guardian since its inception, and his impact cannot be overstated. Over the past 22 years, he has played a key role in building and scaling Guardian's sales and operations infrastructure, helping establish the foundation for the organization we know today.

Team members from Guardian Pharmacy of Atlanta and Guardian Support Services recently spent a summer afternoon of connection and creativity at Sunabella of Towne Lake, an assisted living community in Woodstock, Ga. From enjoying an ice cream bar to decorating flowerpots alongside residents, volunteers shared smiles, stories, and a few extra laughs.
