2 oz Blanco Tequila75 oz Fresh lime juice5 oz orange curaçao5 oz 18.21 Lemon Basil Syrup
Shake well with ice, strain into rocks glass and garnish with lemon slice and Basil

2 oz Condesa Gin5 oz 18.21 Lemon Basil Syrup5 oz Lime juice25 oz Pineapple puree
Muddled Basil+Cucumber
8 drops 18.21 Earl Grey Bitters

Let's make a Mule...and a Hot Toddy...and then add a festive twist....

5 oz Bourbon or Vodka
1 oz 18.21 Apple Cardamom Shrub
1 oz Ginger Liqueur
1 oz 18.21 Holiday Syrup (cranberry,clove, rosemary, orange)
15-20 drops 18.21 Prohibition Aromatic Bitters

Makes 2 servings. If serving cold, shake well with ice and strain into copper mug, top with Ginger beer+Garnish with apple slices, cinnamon sticks and cranberries.
If serving hot, shake without ice and top with 2 oz of hot water and garnish the same
