Appraisals By Michael - Your Local Real Estate Appraiser

Primary Responsibilities:
• Correspondence & Accounting
o Communicate with vendors, clients, & partners on appraisal order requests, appraisal report statuses, relationship management, payments due, etc.
o Correspond with field appraisers on pertinent and time-sensitive information related to their scheduled inspections (ex. Security codes, payment pickups, etc.)
o Relationship Management - Record and maintain database of contacts (client/vendor/partner)
• Order Management
o Order Bidding – Submit quotes for bids by email and client portal; provide quotes to potential clients by phone
o Order Acceptance – Confirm acceptance of orders by email, client portal, and phone; manage order documents
o Order Scheduling – Set up appointments for field appraisers to inspect the subject properties referenced in the order
• Close coordination with CEO on time-sensitive priorities and deadlines

Required Experience:
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Office- Word, Excel
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Highly driven and quick learner
• Detail-oriented; possess a high level of accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and consistently adhere to strict deadlines
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
