Jessica started ICS out of a desire to provide professional, flexible, and personalized solutions to businesses that want experienced virtual assistants.

She realized that it's not just about hiring a VA; it's about hiring the RIGHT one. She developed a proprietary Client & VA Match-Making process that thoughtfully aligns busy professionals with the talent they need when they need it most.

Jessica believes each business and the ambitious owners behind them are unique, which is why we have a client-centered approach. We only take on a select number of clients so we can dedicate our attention and efforts to those we work with.

Jessica is a Michigander who enjoys spending time with family/friends, reading & writing about health and wellness, and shamelessly watching reality TV shows.
