Depression is real people. Please check on your strong friends, the ones that’s always smiling and “seem” like they have it all together. Men it’s ok to not have it together, it’s ok to not know the answer, it’s ok to not be able to help everyone, it’s ok to cry, its ok to put yourself first,it’s okkk let that burden go. So many men are brought up to not show feelings, just work and take care of your family but no one is taking care of you and your needs. You hide your feelings and a lot of times it turns into depression. You area a king and You are enough. Women love on yourselves, so what if he don’t like you, so what if you gained a little weight. You are a queen my love, don’t ever forget that. So what you didn’t get that raise, move on. Sometimes we forget that we (women) can turn a mole hill Into a mountain, make a meal out of nothing, the glue to the family. There’s a lot going on in this world. Let’s keep each other protected, love yourself and your real friends. Get rid of dead weight In your life so you can feel free. Get healthy, love God, eat right, discipline your mind and grow.
