As we approach the S-Corp & Partnership tax deadline, our schedule is completely full and we are not available for any unscheduled filings before the deadline.

The good news: we can still file a FREE extension for you to help you avoid costly late penalties.

Current clients: Any documents received after midnight EST tonight will automatically have an extension filed, and your return will be completed in the weeks following the deadline.

Tax extention deadline is Wednesday!
We WILL be doing tax past the deadline! If you are not ready please do not panic!
There is no magic tax police. The IRS will allow you to rack up expensive fees and penalties!

For those who filed a tax extension but fail to meet Wednesday deadline, the IRS can apply two separate penalties: a failure-to-file penalty and a failure-to-pay penalty, in addition to charging interest.

Our office will be providing tax services for new and existing clients until November 1st!. We will close for the remainder of the year for tax preparation until the new 2024 tax season.
