said she had a client coming into town in a few weeks who would be searching for a condo, but due to a family emergency she would not be in town to be able to show her client properties.

Luckily, Raquel's schedule aligned with Deidra's client's schedule and Raquel took her out two times to look at condos. On the second day of looking she found the perfect option which had majority of what she was looking for.

After brief negotiations, the seller accepted the offer and by the time Deidra made it back to Atlanta her client was under contract.

The buyer is relocating to Metro Atlanta from Brooklyn, New York to be closer to family. This condo is located only 15 minutes from her daughter's house.
