The approach to this mountain lake house turned out stunning! Most mountain lots bring unique challenges and this one was no exception. We were tasked with the placement of this home and had several competing demands in the home design that influenced the orientation and how it related to the topography of the land. Not least of which was a separate driveway to a basement garage that needed to be considered with the height of the home and efficiently using retaining walls. I’d say we nailed the placement.

What an incredible “After” of this 1970’s Buckhead townhouse in an irreplaceable location. The design team of .pappas and are some of the best in the business. This was a gut job in every sense including turning the stairs 180 degrees, straightening walls, leveling floors, demolition of layers of previous renovations, adding a catwalk across an atrium and the list goes on. Great job team!
