Over the past couple of months, the Sovereign Cooper team has been hard at work on the 390 Sunset multifamily project located in the historic Vine City–English Avenue neighborhood. Grading. Shoring. Deep foundations. All the things that are never seen but are crucial to the successful ex*****on of a large-scale urban core infill project.

We like to call this phase of the project “playing in the dirt,” but trust and believe our teams are dead serious about completing this work safely and with minimal impact on the surrounding community. This work requires focus, collaboration, and an experienced team that knows how to get the job done.
