A year ago I answered the call on my life. After years of studying holistic nutrition, vitamins and hormone health, I launched a period relief brand. I knew women, especially black women, needed a healthy, all-natural option to address period pain and hormonal imbalances without the side effects of birth control and pain meds. In September 2021, My Happy Flo was born and it's been a beautiful journey ever since.
