Comment with your congratulations to our Budget for Life families! We’re thrilled to celebrate the incredible accomplishments of our clients and their families who recently completed the Money Management portion of our 12-month Budget for Life program. This milestone marks a powerful step forward in their journey toward financial stability and life skills growth.

💰 From January through June, 47 households paid off a combined $383,000 in debt—a testament to their hard work, discipline, and commitment to change.

🙏 A heartfelt thank you to our community partners who made this celebration possible:
- Second-Ponce de Leon Baptist Church for generously hosting
- Saint Anne's Episcopal Church and Ellen for providing thoughtful celebratory gifts
- All the coaches, facilitators, and supporters who walk alongside our families every step of the way

And deep gratitude to the Budget for Life team for organizing a beautiful and joy-filled event, and for sponsoring all the refreshments.

✨ Event Highlights:
- A fantastic turnout with participants dressed in their Sunday best
- Smiles, cheers, and joyful celebration filled the room
- Heartfelt prayers led by Greg, setting a meaningful tone for the event

"B4L Graduation was a success thanks to a great team. I am blessed to work with such a great group of people and ministry."
— Michelle Ramirez, Director of Financial Education

Let’s continue to walk alongside our families as they build brighter, more financially secure futures—together.

Our families are cost-burdened when it comes to housing. The U.S. Census Bureau defines anyone spending more than 30% of their income on housing as "cost-burdened." This leaves less money for other necessities, like food, transportation, childcare, and healthcare.

In Georgia, 40% of renters are considered cost-burdened, a status that affects their financial well-being and makes them vulnerable to unexpected circumstances.

BCM helps cost-burdened Georgians by providing the tools and support they need to find and maintain financial stability. To learn more about our mission and programming, visit: bcmgeorgia.org/
