We wanted to let you know much we appreciate the prompt and efficient manner that Smart Vent Atlanta helped us with our dryer vent problem. As you know, our dryer was not drying clothes properly. This is a rather new dryer but the drying cycle frequently had to be repeated. Then we started to smell a foul odor. When the vent was cleaned; you not only removed a huge amount of lent, you also found a bird nest and dead bird. The dryer is now working properly without the foul odor. In addition to improved dryer performance, we eliminated a potentially hazardous fire source. We plan to have you repeat this cleaning to assure that it does not become clogged again.
