It took me a week to figure out what my word of the year was… THIS is IT and what my 2023 looks like 🙂

began her journey with me at the beginning of 2022. She is a mother to 6 beautiful babies and after having her last sweet baby she knew she needed to take more care of herself so she could be a better mom. I recall her telling me in some of our conversations that she was disgusted with herself, felt bad every.single.day and didn’t even recognize who she was. She wanted LIFE again, to have more energy, to love the skin she was in and to be a better mom to her babies. She took my 12wk online training program and ran with it. She is now closing out this month having completed 4 rounds of the 12wk program and hasn’t looked back. The confidence she’s gained exudes her and she’s not stopping! In January, we will begin another 12wks and the sky is the limit for her! I can’t express how proud I am of my friend! She is the definition of perseverance and determination! I can’t wait to see her accomplish more in 2023!
