Our Story
Level Team Contracting started in October of 2008 when two long time friends, J.R. Torbert and Scott Burks, had an idea to form their own company. While reflecting on their education, past employers, and construction experiences, J.R. and Scott brainstormed their vision of a successful general contracting company. They put together a business plan based on four pillars: constant communication, building relationships, ethical standards, and perpetual advancement. Soon after, Level Team Contracting was born.
