We are thrilled to host T'Keyah's next Sound bath at the Oak Park Studio

We hope you will join us for candlelit sacred sound healing meditation Friday, August 13, 2021 8:00 PM-9:00PM. Reservations: https://www.refreshersessions.com/sessions

This safe space allows us to receive energy on a deep cellular level from sound using gongs, rainstick and crystal bowls & chimes, that cater to certain chakras, such as the heart space, sacral and more.

This energy session is intended to provide deep healing, rest, cleansing and a profound calming state on a physical, emotional, mental and energetic level...and guess what, YOU deserve that! With this session taking place in the evening, we are doing this one candlelit, giving you even more calming vibes!

This event is RSVP only and space is limited due to COVID, so be sure to secure your spot and come fellowship in sisterhood and welcome in this positive, healing energy into your life.

Please note to bring your own yoga mat, blanket(s) & wear attire you will be comfortable in.

Other recommendations: Water, pillows, eye masks, journal/pen and any sacred items (such as crystals)

Hey all — super excited to share my excitement of collaborating with my teacher + mentor, Jen of where I graduated from as a Energy Healer Practitioner!

On Sunday, August 15th (12pm CST) I will be facilitating a Sound Healing Workshop, which happens to also fall on 💆🏾‍♀️— It couldn’t be a better day for us to gather in a relaxing and creative environment 💫

This 2 hour workshop is an intro to sound healing and how to connect with the power of sound medicine for practitioners and for your own self-care.

No previous experience is required. All levels are welcome.
