Meet our Tribe

Born and raised right here in Atlanta, Julia is so excited to join the Tribe! 💫 Growing up as a dancer, movement and fitness have always been a huge part of her life.

After stepping foot into Third Eye Tribe nearly two years ago (on a very core-focused day 😅), she swore she’d never return… but that clearly didn’t last! Her passion for Lagree only kept growing — she loves the challenge and the mental + physical strength found every time she steps on the Megaformer.

Julia says Lagree has truly changed her life, and she’s thrilled to now share that love and energy with others. ✨

Outside the studio, Julia is an actress and producer working across TV, film, and commercial projects. 🎬
