A little TBT of my parents.. I love this 2 part tradition that’s seems to be fading. Step 1.. cutting the cake was the first action you did as a couple.. earlier in history the bride cut the cake alone to symbolize losing her virginity
Step 2..feeding each other the cake symbolizes taking care of each other..and that’s what my parents did...
I love those old traditions and hope to see more in the future ❤️
