Mukunda Datta Prabhu , a disciple of Srila Prabhupada will be treating us with nectarean discourses at the temple on June 11th, Wednesday. This is his second visit to Atlanta after 1976, when he travelled here with Sri Sri Radha Damodar Sankirtan party.
Morning : Srimad Bhagavatam class at 8 am
Evening : Bhajans and lecture at 7:00 pm
Dinner prasadam will be served.
About: Mukunda Datta Prabhu is a disciple of Srila Prabhupada. He joined ISKCON when he was just 15 years old and has been serving in various capacities ever since. Currently he's a member of the Sastric Advisory Council for ISKCON GBC and is translating books from Sanskrit to English for the BBT. He is currently living in Vrindavan with his wife, Sri Murti dasi. Mukunda Prabhu is an amazing personality with a rare combination of being a very pious and gentle brahmana, an excellent singer and musician, a learned scholar in scriptures and Sanskrit, a wonderful pujari expert in Deity worship.

Adivas Ceremony starts at 5:30 pm with Arati and 6:00 pm. Procession of deities. We are having a big procession of Little Gaura Nitai deities taken in a palanquin around the temple and to the Springdale Park. We need 20+ young little devotee girls and 20+ young devotee boys who will be the escorts for Their Lordships. The Girls will be throwing flower petals along the way for the Lord to travel.
