This started off as a caption and turned into a whole letter 😅

He said I should share it….so here I am.

Dear ,

Nine years married.

The year before the big 10.

And if I’m honest , we earned this year in sweat, tears, forgiveness, and faith.

Not just because of what we survived—though there’s been plenty.
But because of what we stayed for. What we held onto.

We’ve spent the last three years walking through fire that could’ve burned us down.
But instead…

It refined us.

We’ve learned how to love with our knees on the floor.
How to fight with grace.
How to hold space when we didn’t have the right words.

And we’re still here.
Still choosing each other.
Still building a life, even when we don’t always know what it looks like yet.

It's not about the curated moments or perfect pictures.
It's the unseen things —
the long talks, the prayer (together and apart),
the patience, the presence.
The moments where grace holds the space and God fills the gaps.

This is the year before 10—and I’m more grateful than ever.

Happy anniversary, my love.
You’ve seen me at my worst—and loved me through it.

Here’s to everything we’ve fought for.
And everything we still dream of becoming—together.

I’m filled with gratitude for the love and lessons that have guided my journey. Looking forward to what’s next, embracing all the growth and grace that comes my way.
